More than 16 years of experience in Operations and Services companies working with Quality Management, Human Resources, Operational Control Center (OCC), Operations, Administrative, Supply, Equipment Management and Planning and Control.
Started his career at Supervia (Rio the Janeiro´s metropolitan urban train operator) in 2006, performing activities in the Quality Management area, working directly with cultural change and with the implementation of a integrated management system. In 2007, he accepted the challenge to implement of a strategic area in the Human Resources department through the elaboration and implementation of Recruitment & Selection process, Training & Development, Performance Evaluation, Variable Remuneration, Positions & Salaries Plan, Incentive Plans, Internship Program between others.
Between 2012 and 2020, he led operational teams at Concessionária Porto Novo (Porto Maravilha) managing multidisciplinary teams, being responsible for several subsystems in the Operations area. Participated in the consolidation of the modern Operations Control Center (OCC), selecting and training teams, sizing of equipment, implementation of operating systems, elaboration of procedures and integration of processes, definition and implementation of indicators, ISO 9001 certification, planning and control of operations, preparation of the safety and emergency plan in tunnels, implementation of the routine of operational simulations, among other actions. During this period, he participated a services of the urban operation, highlighting the leadership of OCC teams of the Rio 450 and Marcello Alencar tunnels.
Also at the Porto Novo, between 2020 and 2022, he had the opportunity to lead the Administrative, Supply and Equipment Management areas focusing on process optimization and integration.
