Arm Gestão assumes on a temporary basis the management of companies or specific sectors of companies according to the need of its shareholders and managers. After the predetermined period, Arm Gestão will leave the company or the sector with due process of performing replacement and training.
The temporary management from Arm Gestão will take place according to pre-established targets agreed on by both shareholders and managers and predefined work routine (when they previously exist) established by the company or by Arm Gestão, during its period as acting manager. Additionally, it aims to develop the team as to leave a cultural legacy in how to act that contributes to the continuous improvement of results and the company’s financial health.
